POSTCARD DRAWING
Bring your postcard to the welcome table.
Guests who bring an official Gathering postcard may receive a raffle number and be entered into the event drawing. Check in at the welcome table when you arrive.
No purchase is necessary. Drawing procedures and prize information may be updated before the event.

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
Tri-County Outreach Center, Inc.
Tri-County Outreach Center, Inc. was organized to strengthen families and communities through outreach, partnerships, resources, and service. The organization is developing programs and relationships that respond to needs in Rocky Mount and the surrounding tri-county area.
The Gathering serves as a public launch point for connecting families with practical support, trusted organizations, and future community programs.

Do I need to register?
No advance registration is currently required. Guests should begin at the welcome table upon arrival.
Is the event free?
Yes. Admission and the main activities are free. Food, school supplies, and giveaway items will be available while supplies last.
Who may attend?
All are welcome. The event is designed for families, children, seniors, neighbors, and community members.
Can an organization set up a table?
Organizations that provide relevant community services may email Tri-County Outreach Center. Participation is subject to approval and available space.
